A little about who I am:

I am a wife, mother of two young adult men, follower of Jesus, and a former scientist and adjunct professor of biology. I love people, and I am passionate about helping others and relieving suffering. My hobbies are reading, singing and gardening.

 

My professional background:

I have recently switched careers from Public Health to Emergency Medicine. I am honored to rescue people who are experiencing medical and trauma emergencies.

 

Why I chose to join Rotary:

My passion is for improving lives and communities. Rotary was the perfect place for me because it attracts, and is filled with people who love helping others.

 

Becoming a member of the North Stafford Rotary Club has afforded me many opportunities to positively impact the lives of individuals and families in need by helping to raising funds, participate in hands-on efforts to give assistance, and by partnering with organizations that meet their needs. In addition, Rotarians are fun to be around!
