Ceremony to Close Our Annual 2023 Flags for Heroes Campaign

Today, on Flag Day, we held a lovely ceremony to close our annual Flags for Heroes campaign. Thank you to Stafford County Government Chairwoman of the Board Dr. Yeung, Vice Chairman Mr. Coen, and Supervisor Ms. Gary for attending, as well as county administrators and support staff. Thank you as well to Ms. Mejia for representing Senator Tim Kaine.

This year’s beneficiaries, therapeutic veterans’ organizations Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. and Black Horse Forge, were in attendance to speak and receive their checks. We’re so grateful for the support of our many donors, Longfamilymarkets, and the County for making this annual tradition possible.
